Our Story

Jan and his wife Roxanna combine approximately 75 years in the hospitality industry. In 2017 Roxanna opened her Asi es mi Peru Restaurant which features authentic Peruvian Food while Jan moved his Kitchen Table within the same building at Paradise Beach Villas in 2019 on the second floor.

Peruvian food is among the best in the world adds Roxanna and we are happy you can close your eyes imagining you are having lunch or dinner in Lima, “thanks to our Peruvian Staff”. TKT is more Jan’s baby and a team effort from Chef to Chef de Partie and our Restaurant manager Andres that knows all patrons by name.

Hand-crafted Decor TKT features 16 seats at the chef’s table with the opportunity to sample a menu that changes every 6 weeks featuring Aruba/ Caribbean/ Peruvian fusion. The experience takes about 3 hours which flies while chatting with other guests. After the 4 appetizers a break with a Lemon sorbet champagne cocktail takes place around the swimming pool of Paradise Beach Villas. Champagne starts between 6:00 – 6:25 pm while we go to our second floor around 6:30 pm, dinner usually finishing between 9:30 – 10:00 pm.

Meet The Team of TKT

Chef David Lizano joined our opening team at Asi es mi Peru at the end of 2016. He proved to be a very creative and valuable team player. For the last 3 years he is also heading TKT’s team having the advantage of having worked in several classy restaurants in Lima. JP is our Chef de Partie with a passion for our dessert section. A graduate of the Culinary Institute in Aruba he has worked in several restaurants in Aruba. Andres is a multiple years veteran from Aruba in charge of our reservations but also our host in charge of the smooth running of TKT and the wines. Soft spoken he does not know the word NO.
